When you identify and remove what is holding you back, you find greater satisfaction and levels of success. As your life coach, I partner with you to clarify what you want, and we develop a plan to help you get there. For example:
- Health and wellness: What do you want most from a fitness or diet plan – and why? How can you set realistic goals to help you achieve the level of health and wellness you deserve?
- Sexuality and intimate relationships: What is holding you back from expressing your deepest, most intimate self in your relationship? What do you want in a relationship if you aren’t in one currently? How do you create and nurture the relationship of your dreams?
- Families and parenting: What are the values you’d like your family to be living? What traditions and activities would you like to be nurturing? What parenting challenges are you experiencing that you’d like to resolve?
- Happiness and fulfillment: What is your life’s purpose? How can you express that purpose more confidently and actively? How can you connect your current responsibilities to that purpose and experience greater levels of satisfaction?
Life Coaching Approach
As your life coach, I tailor my approach to you and your needs. My goal is to provide you a safe, completely confidential place in which to explore your vision, concerns, challenges, and successes. I offer tools, assessments, models, and ideas, but the agenda is completely yours. Most clients prefer to meet weekly for a 60 minute session. If you are experiencing great life changes, you may want to meet more frequently at first, or for a longer period. I am always available by email.
